Park Am See x Nattika Ayurveda is a wellness retreat, emphasizing Ayurveda & Yoga. It houses 35 guest rooms in a tranquil and sustainable setting.

The Ayurveda centre operations are scheduled to start on the 8 th  of November 2023.

On the day of Arrival

Detailed consultation with Doctor for 60 Minutes.
1 Arrival welcome massage for 45 minutes duration.

Second Day Onwards

1 x Full body Ayurveda Treatments – 60 Minutes.
1 x Customised partial body Ayurveda Treatments – 45 Minutes.
1x Group Yoga Sessions
Daily 15 minutes personal follow up consultation to assess the progress of treatment and health conditions.

The retreat encompasses 84 hectares, boasting expansive lawns and lush forests along the Tolensee
riverbanks.

Acquired by Ms. Gabriele Wahl-Multerer in 2015, Park Am See underwent extensive renovations
during this time. In 2023, Park Am See collaborated with Nattika Ayurveda to introduce intensive
Ayurveda treatments to guests.

During an Ayurvedic Healing Retreat session, you'll receive personalized care based on your health goals. Our Ayurveda Experience often involves massages, herbal therapies, and dietary
recommendations.

Natural Healing Retreat Germany distinguishes itself through our experienced team, personalized
treatments, serene environment, and a commitment to promoting holistic wellness.

We offer a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments, including Panchakarma Retreat Germany, Abhyanga,
Shiro Dhara, and more. Each treatment is tailored to individual needs.

The house number 17 which houses the Ayurveda Centre has a total of 7 treatment rooms with bathrooms, one doctor consulting room and a large waiting area reception for the guests. There is
also an Ayurveda steam bath for the guests.

We have a total of 7 Ayurveda Therapists (5 Ladies and 2 Gents).

The Nattika Ayurveda Centre at Park Am See is led by our Chief Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Jibin C.M
who has had 8 years of experience in various Ayurveda retreats in Europe and he speaks fluent
German.

There is also a nutrition’s specialist who will work in the kitchen to prepare the ayurveda recipes.

We offer taxi services to/from Neustrelitz HBF at an extra charge of Euro 40. Please inform the
reservations team in advance in case you would like to make use of this facility.

Facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, yoga hall, sauna, extensive library, laundry and taxi services,
complimentary Wi-Fi, cultural events, room amenities, doctor on call, and bicycles. Lakeside
amenities include sauna houses, recliners, life jackets, kayaks, stand-up paddling, and a restroom.

We have a Consenting Wi-Fi Policy. During your initial consultation, you can request Wi-Fi access
based on your treatment goals.

Children above the age of 12 are welcome. Unfortunately, we don’t allow children below 12 years of age so that the tranquil ambience required for an Ayurveda Retreat is maintained.

Rooms are available for especially abled guests, with accessibility features and amenities to ensure
their comfort.

We are a pet-friendly retreat, with certain restrictions in specific areas for the comfort of all guests.
The vast expansive grounds at Park Am See allows enough space for pets to move around freely. The
guests are to be requested that they don’t bring them into the restaurant hall, yoga pavilion,
ayurveda centre and fitness centre to account for the sensitivities of all our guests.

Our restaurant offers an Ayurvedic vegetarian buffet or an Ayurveda A la Carte offering as per the
Ayurveda Doctors advice, adhering to Ayurvedic dietary principles.

No, we have a common tipping policy. Guests can drop their Tips in the common tip box kept at the
Reception, Restaurant and Ayurveda Centre. At the Ayurveda Centre (only for Therapists), guests can
mention the therapist’s name in an envelope and drop it in the tip box. The same will be given
individually to the mentioned therapists.

Yoga sessions are scheduled throughout the day, including meditation, progressive yoga, wellness
yoga, and yoga Nidra.

7.45 am – 8.45 am –Wellness Yoga (60 min)
10.30 am – 11.30 am- Yoga Nidra, interactive session and yoga lecture
4.30 pm – 5.30 pm – Wellness yoga (60 min)
5.30 pm – 6.00 pm – Meditation (30min)

Essential oils commonly are the extracts of herbal plants or spices, aroma of which contributes to
the healing therapies widely. At Nattika Ayurveda, we are blending extracts of rare herbal plants and
spices with the intention of providing an added support to the guests along with the Ayurvedic
treatments to make the guests’ stay more satisfying, relaxing and fruitful.
We are setting out a vast array of essential oils for the guests to apply over their tissues, face towels,
pillows, diffusers and for body applications.
After consultation, our physicians will recommend the specific essential oil from this wide range of
oils depending upon your dosha imbalance and specific health condition.
These essential oils are available for purchase at the Ayurveda Centre.

If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee.
If the booking is cancelled between 29 to 11 days of arrival, 50% of the booking charges will be
deducted.

If the booking is cancelled between 10 to 4 days of arrival, 75% of the booking charges will be
deducted.
If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to the scheduled arrival date, then 85% of the booking
charges will be deducted.
If the booking is cancelled after arrival at the resort or in case of early departure, then 100% of the
booking charges will be deducted.
