Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, there will be a 20% cancellation fee. There is a special provision for this amount of 20% to be kept as a credit with us with a validity of one year if the booking is cancelled due to genuine reasons.
If the booking is cancelled between 29 to 11 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to the scheduled arrival date, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled after arrival at the resort or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
