CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AYURVEDA GUESTS & AYURVEDA REPRESENTATIVES

Cancellation policy for Ayurveda guests and Ayurveda representatives We are aware that life can take unpredictable turns. For this reason, we offer our Ayurveda guests and Ayurveda representatives the following cancellation policy in order to protect both your interests and those of our hotel:

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount is due. If you cancel for valid reasons, you keep this amount as a credit which you can use for a new booking at our hotel within one year.
Cancellation between 29 and 11 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 10 and 4 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within the last 3 days before the planned arrival date: Cancellation fees of 85% of the invoice amount will be charged.
Cancellation after arrival or in the event of early departure: In the event of cancellation after arrival or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount.
